Sinopse: Situado na cidade de Nova York, a série traz o espectador para a sala do júri para assistir os deliberadores tentar responder às muitas questões colocadas durante um julgamento. Como os fatos são expostos através de flashbacks de depoimentos e cenas de crimes, os telespectadores formarão suas próprias opiniões sobre a culpa ou inocência do réu. Após cada veredicto, um flashback final permitirá que os espectadores vejam o crime como ele realmente aconteceu e revelam se o júri tomou ou não a decisão certa.
